pinasjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pinasjili may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of pinasjili services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pinasjili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pinasjili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pinasjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): pinasjili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

All financial transactions on the pinasjili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pinasjili supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pinasjili's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pinasjili account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. pinasjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

pinasjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• pinasjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies to clear bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, pinasjili's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on the pinasjili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

pinasjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, pinasjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, pinasjili cannot guarantee the outcome of any game affected by a technical error and reserves the right to void affected rounds where necessary.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• pinasjili's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinasjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pinasjili platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pinasjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pinasjili content without the prior written consent of pinasjili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinasjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pinasjili platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pinasjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pinasjili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall pinasjili's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pinasjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pinasjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we are committed to providing tools and resources to help players maintain control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pinasjili players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The pinasjili platform operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
